Who We Are

America On Track

America On Track turns obstacles into opportunity by helping youth and families in high-need communities gain the skills, support, and hope needed to thrive. Since 1995, AOT has helped transform the lives of hundreds of thousands of children and families across Orange County through multi-faceted programs and resources.

AOT empowers individuals to succeed and create positive change by supporting families, delivering evidence-based programs, and equipping youth with the tools, guidance, and opportunities to realize their full potential.

America On Track is a recognized leader in tobacco and vaping prevention and public health advocacy, helping communities adopt hundreds of smoke-free and tobacco prevention policies. Through community outreach, coalition building, public awareness campaigns, and the development of resident leaders, AOT helps ensure that local policies reflect the needs and priorities of the communities they serve. These efforts have resulted in healthier environments, reduced exposure to secondhand smoke, and lasting public health improvements for communities across Orange County.

Why We Created This Website

This website supports America On Track's tobacco prevention efforts by educating residents, parents, youth, community leaders, and decision-makers about Tobacco Retail Licensing and its role in reducing youth access to tobacco and vaping products. By providing clear information, local data, and opportunities for community engagement, this site is designed to help Orange County communities better understand how strong retail policies can protect young people, promote healthier neighborhoods, and prevent nicotine addiction before it starts.
